Weather Expectations for Lake Como in Summer
Summer on Lake Como is like a warm hug from Mother Nature, kicking off in late May and really hitting its stride by July. You’re looking at daily highs around 28 °C or 82 °F, while the mornings can be a comfy 18 °C, about 64 °F. It’s got that lovely humid feel, thanks to the breezes from the lake, which keep things interesting at around 60% humidity.
You might think you’re in paradise, but watch out for those surprise rain showers. They’re usually rare, with July only giving you about a 10% chance. So don’t forget your sunscreen because the UV index is high, reaching 7 or 8 at noon.
For what to wear, think breathable shirts to keep you cool during the day, but don’t forget a light jacket for those breezy evenings when temps can dip to about 16 °C or 61 °F. You want to be comfy, not a human popsicle! So get ready for some fun in the sun on Lake Como!
